Track all weekly commitments

• Other than writing their assignments on the board each week (which then gets erased) there should be another place available for people and the facilitators to keep track of what commitments everyone keeps.

Rotate the facilitator

we should suggest rotating the facilitator from week to week so they dont become a teacher and everyone has an opportunity to lead

Include savings and tracking expenses in all manuals

Dane mentioned that those who attended OLAAT developed the habit of tracking expenses and saving. Provide a register for them and their families to start tracking their income and expenses. This could be enough concepts for a family finance course...

Allow for different recognition than clapping

Have received some reports that clapping is offensive or embarrassing or that giving out candies or something else is more effective. Maybe allow the facilitator to congratulate the class in the way that they feel is best or most effective.
