What we observed is that chapters 7 to 12 of "My Job Search" may look redundant for some participants. Managers understand that these chapters were modeled alongside the Accelerated Job Search curriculum of Resources, Contacts and Face-To-Face. We personally appreciate the cycle but it will be better to vary these 6 chapters a bit. Thus, making a slight addition of a new concept as a learning moment, in addition to the routine of 15-10-2.
Perhaps each chapter 7-12 should include a couple of pages expanding on previously discussed topics: effective resumes, more on job interview, etc (like in the Carreer Workshop manual). This would still give room for Accelerated Job Search while building on participant's knowledge and understanding and make those chapters less repetitive.
