Add review/feedback capabilities to videos

We need to get feedback on the impact that the videos are having on the end users.  In speaking with tech, the video coding software, Brightcove, does not lend itself to embedding links to surveys/feedback etc.  I have a call into the Church Brightcove rep to discuss.  The second option is to simply add a link in the description section that sends the user to a Qualtrics survey or Aha portal to give feedback on the videos.

It might be quite an ordeal to embed the link to each video and it won't be functional on small iOS devices.  But why not include it embedded for 5 seconds when the Church logo shows at the end of the movie.  We can also include in the description section of the video.

    Hi Ryan -

Generally what we recommend is that you put a link for feedback somewhere on the page surrounding the video. The problem with including such a call to action in the player is that on small screen iOS Devices, Apple forces video full screen and you lose the ability to layer any elements on top of the video.

If you do want it in the player itself we have this doc that explains how to do that using our player API.

Let me know if neither of these meet your needs and we can discuss further.

    Thanks!
